NEW BUILD
From the design stage, we assist architects and surveyors to ensure that unforeseen problems during construction are kept
to a minimum and often provide solutions in areas which may be unfarmilliar to the designer.
We give advice
to our clients when dealing with the development of the Tendering Process which helps to maximise the value
of the contract for them, often reducing the "add-on" expenditure that can occur during the term of the contract.
We guide the selection process through the Pre-Qualification Questionaire section, the Tender and assist in the awarding
process. To reinforce the process throughout these contracts, we also offer on-site gas management.
GAS SERVICING, REACTIVE MAINTENANCE AND GAS STOCK REPLACEMENT CONTRACTS
As
with New Build, we provide a similar service to our clients oreintated towards this area for the Tendering process. We provide
advice and recommendations during the contracts. Again, we can provide an on-site gas management service were the client requires
absolute assurance that the work carried out is relevent and meets current standards and regulations.
